A thank you letter, which also serves for tax purposes, will be sent to the address included with the cash or online donation or provided on the check.

There are many ways to support Rainy River. Most commonly we receive donations through one-time or planned giving, but we accept donations in a variety of forms!

Longhorn 500

Bill Engel - Men’s Basketball Coach, Instructor & Athletic Director

On April 1, 2023, Bill Engel will be competing in the Longhorn 500 (TX) to promote health and wellness at Minnesota North College - Rainy River Campus, as well as raise money for the RRCC Foundation. Competitors have 48 hours to complete the 500-mile bicycle race that begins and ends in Fredericksburg, TX (west of Austin). Rider’s progress can be tracked at: https://www.raamchallenge.com/races

  • Sponsorship Levels Bronze .10 cents a mile Total Contribution: $50

  • Silver .25 cents a mile Total Contribution: $125

  • Gold .50 cents a mile Total Contribution: $250

  • Platinum .75 cents a mile Total Contribution: $375

  • Diamond $1.00 a mile Total Contribution: $500
